This bag is amazing! Took a last minute trip and loaded everything into the truck. The burro bag was great for throwing in food, games, pillows and blankets. Really we have used it for many different things. Best part was on the way home it rained and everything was kept dry inside the burro bag. Folds up for easy storage when not in use.

When I first saw the burro bag, I thought it was overpriced… But once I used it I realized how valuable it is. I have used it at Costco and other stores for groceries and it is a game changer! I’ve also used it for family road trips and it works great! They slide perfectly right under my tonneau cover in the bed of my truck. The zipper top is great. We got hit with a spring storm and I had to hurry and throw a bunch of Easter decorations in the burro bag, zipped it up and threw it in my truck. It’s not 100% waterproof but it’s dang close. Another time It was raining and I just threw all my groceries in the burro bag and zipped them up. When I got home, they were still dry which is so awesome.
Once you’re done they fold less than one inch thick, so you can just keep them readily available in your vehicle for any need that pops up.
They are amazing and if you are on the fence, I’m pushing you over, you’ll love your burro bag! You might as well buy several now because once you get one, you’ll want more! Tough. Big. Collapse and are easy to store when not in use. WAY better than these plastic totes where the lids are getting misplaced or the bins themselves are getting broken. Love them!

I didn't even realize how much I needed a Burro Bag! It has become my favorite! I always have it in my car and load my groceries into it, then I only have to take one trip into the house instead of multiple trips to carry all the bags. Same thing in my home, I set it by the stairs with everything that needs to go to my girls rooms and only take one trip! It's like a personal assistant. Yes, Our Kickin Burro Guarantee is a free one-year guarantee, beginning on the date of purchase on burrobag.shop, which covers product damages/defects. In the event of a valid claim, we will provide you, at our option, either a style replacement or store credit. Style replacements may not be of same original character, color, make or size.
This warranty does not cover product if used in a manner incompatible with the intended design, or if the care instructions provided on burrobag.com are not followed.
The Kickin Burro Guarantee covers only:- Tears, cracks, or rips in fabric that would be considered a defect outside of normal wear & tear.
- Handles that break off or are otherwise no longer usable.
- Zippers that break or can no longer open and close.
Our Guarantee does not cover:- Used for unusual purposes
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or transport (airline) handling
- Cosmetic damage or any change in the aesthetic appearance due to normal wear and tear, excessive use, or age, such as scratches, scuffs, dings, dents, marks, stains, color change
- Handle weight inaccuracies or failures more than 30 days after purchase
- Fabric wrinkles due to normal wear and tear

Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please reach out to Customer Service at hello@burrobag.shop.

Refunds will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Products must have the original hang tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
Do you issue refunds for returns?
A refund will be issued once we’ve received your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise noted.
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 days to process a refund. Once processed, refunds can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for your bank to fully process. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
